That’s why I founded For Fathers. To help men over 40 achieve holistic wellness through strategic and scientifically-proven fitness strategies, services, and products. You see, I know that you’ve seen and done things you never thought you could. For your family. For your friends. You’ve survived and overcome–and have nothing to prove and no one to convince. Shalinee Valaydon

Sports Coach

Hi I am Shalinee Valaydon, international weightlifting Gold medalist and certified sports coach with over 15 years of experience as an high level athlete. Expert in strength and conditioning training and cross training but can also  coach, weightlifting, Powerlifting and Functional Fitness, flexibility training,HIIT training, group work classes such as bootcamps, etc.

Meet The Nutritionists

Catherine Gervacio

Nutritionist, Dietitian, and Certified Exercise Nutrition Coach

Catherine Gervacio is a registered nutritionist, dietitian, and certified exercise nutrition coach. She currently performs nutritional analysis for various companies, including the Philippine Seven Corporation and Dr. for Life Wellness Clinic. Her professional experience includes three years of clinical dietetics practice, seven years of nutrient analysis and nutrition facts computation, and five years as an online nutrition and diet coach. She obtained her bachelor of science degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Santo Tomas in Espana, Manila. When she’s not providing customized nutrient analysis services, nutrition counseling, fitness coaching, and meal planning to her clients, she’s actively contributing articles to For Fathers Fitness.

Liz Jimenez Castillo


Liz Jimenez Castillo has a bachelor of science degree in Nutrition from the University of Guadalajara, graduating with university honors. A registered nutritionist with a deep interest in fitness, she participated in the XIX International Congress of Advances in Medicine and has multiple certifications, particularly in Emergency Mental Health and COVID-19 Prevention. Fluent in Spanish and English, Liz writes articles about nutrition and healthy living for For Fathers Fitness.
