I said it before and I’ll say it again. This is my favorite pre-workout. Yes this is my product. Having used nunerous pre workouts over the years. I formulated this to be what men over 40 need. No need for high levels. Balance is key. To me the taste is amazing. It tastes like Hawaiian Punch and there is NO beta alanine in this product. This allows users to take there own preferred amount of BA separately like I do. If you don’t use BA then that works too.
I have been using creatine now for about 5 years and this stuff works. The For Fathers Fitness brand was recommended to me by my gym bro. They have a great product. High quality and works as advertised. I like how the manufacture in the USA.
