Shipping & Delivery
Free U.S. Shipping Over $79
All U.S. orders of $79 or more ship free. For orders under $79, shipping is calculated and displayed at checkout.
Processing Time
- Supplements: orders are processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. holidays) after your order confirmation email. Most ship sooner.
- Apparel & gear: items are made to order, which adds approximately 2–5 business days of production time before shipment.
You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking when it ships.
Tracking Your Order
Your shipping confirmation email includes a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active. You can also view your order status anytime from your account.
International Orders
International delivery times vary by destination and customs processing. Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees (including VAT) assessed when the shipment reaches your country — these charges are the customer's responsibility and are not collected by For Fathers Fitness.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If you haven't received your order within 15 days of your shipping confirmation email, contact us at info@forfathersfitness.com with your name and order number and we'll make it right.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address, but contact us immediately if you spot an error — if the order hasn't shipped, we'll fix it.
