My mood change into positive even after an intensive workout!

I drank it at 7am, was at the gym from 730-830 ran a 9 min mile in between 9 arm workouts, its 11am and still feel energized, not sure if its the pre-workout but my mood is really positive and I've been going thru somethings. I highly recommend it!
